Right of withdrawal

You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day that you receive the product on all orders that have not been engraved or personalized in any way.

Please note: Personalization, engraving or customization of any kind negates all claims for the right of withdrawal.

When using the right of withdrawal you should email us with this claim within 14 days from the date of having received your package.

Then you shall return the product to us. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and you are liable for any damaged goods during the return shipping.

When the product has been delivered back to us in original condition your order will be refunded.
